“M” Marks the Spot

The main entrance to each building will feature its own unique signage and colour, while remaining consistent within the collective “M” nomenclature we have developed for the overall campus. We have designed a moniker that is unique yet collective for the project, signifying the arrival at the campus and differentiating the arrival at each building.

Signage will assist wayfinding and orientation through the campus and its alleyways as well as to orientate access points and create a navigational clarity throughout the site

There are additional rooftop signage opportunities on the terraced facades of the buildings permitting signage on the two facades per building.

Fully Leased to WeWork

M1 will be the first building in the campus completed. Currently under renovation, we are retrofitting the bones of the existing building to create workspace for the future, that will meet the needs of the creative economy firms that are increasingly driving our city’s economic growth.

The proposed development at 114 East 4th Avenue is part of a larger campus strategy that aligns with the City of Vancouver’s zoning strategy, providing a dynamic mixed use development that includes programming for light industrial uses, general office, digital entertainment / information communication technology, enhanced public realm and laneway activation
